CH 01The challenge

Business problems we solve

Where organizations typically get stuck before engaging NaviCS for Accounting & Bookkeeping.

  1. Books that run behind

Transactions are posted weeks late, so nobody trusts the numbers during the month.

  2. A slow, stressful close

Month-end depends on a few people chasing reconciliations, accruals and missing documents.

  3. Skilled staff on data entry

Accountants spend their time coding invoices instead of reviewing and advising.

CH 08FAQ

Accounting & Bookkeeping questions, answered

Which accounting systems do you work in?

We work inside the system you already use — commonly QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books or Tally. We confirm access, roles and approval steps during discovery rather than moving you to a new tool.

Who reviews and signs off the books?

You do. Our team prepares the work and a NaviCS reviewer checks it before hand-over; final review, sign-off and any statutory filing stay with your finance lead or your CPA.

Do you provide tax or audit opinions?

No. This service covers bookkeeping, reconciliations, close support and management reporting. Tax advice, statutory audit and attestation remain with your licensed advisors.

How is our financial data protected?

Access is role-based and limited to the people assigned to your engagement, and work is done in your systems wherever possible. Confidentiality and data-processing terms are agreed in your contract.
